Research interest:
My interest is deviations in project organizations. I am focusing on how deviations are handled by the practitioners micro-actions and how this influences the project, thus a "true" project as practice focus. My research question is "how is deviations from the project plan handled?" I have done the empirical study at a large power solutions provider following two project teams and ten projects for three months on a daily basis.
